For an undesignated bequest:
“I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation, Inc., an Indiana Corporation, the sum of $________ or ________ % of my residual estate, to be used for the general purposes of the Foundation as the Board may direct.”
For a bequest to a specific fund:
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation, Inc., an Indiana Corporation, the sum of $_______ or _______ % of my residual estate, to be placed in the ________ Fund and used for its charitable purposes.
