Our programming is based on our core tenets:
EDUCATE
We create opportunities for dynamic and relevant education. Our education encourages self exploration, having fun, and embeds within each brother the spirit of lifelong learning and growth.
INSPIRE
We nourish a culture where brothers are able to have fun and share their personal interests. Education through Inspiration is our credo, as we prepare Delts to lead meaningful lives and continuously become better men.
LEARN
We are vigorous learners about our constituents, our partners, and our programs. Our brothers learn with each other; strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and maturity through experiences in their chapter and the International Fraternity.
LIVE
We strive for congruence and excellence, and pride ourselves not just of knowing information but in the daily application of our knowledge and beliefs. We live in integrity with the spirit of the program by aligning our actions to our aspirations.
