The Road
Member education and personal development have been strategic initiatives of the Fraternity for several years, and in 2008 the Fraternity introduced a new program. The Road is exciting, innovative, and introduces concepts applicable to all areas of a Delt’s life. Career Development, Personal Leadership, Financial Security, Health and Wellness and Life Skills are the five key elements of The Road.
The Road encompasses four areas of programming, Road Connections, chapter developed or local resources programs, Advanced Fraternity Leadership Experiences, electronic learning resources.
